This simple little concoction is the perfect relief for a scratchy throat and also the perfect way to keep your throat feeling good all year long.
Ingredients:
- 10 drops Thieves essential oil
- 5 drops lemon essential oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Water
- 4 ounce glass spray bottle
Directions:
Add the essential oils and honey. Fill the rest with water. Seal and shake to combine.
Spray in the back of your throat when it feels scratchy. This is an extremely potent, helpful little spray that offer a soothing feeling!
