Honestly, I’d love to tell you just to expect to have FUN. I love interacting with my subjects and getting to know you.

I have an innate fondness of creamy light so I will be constantly looking for great light and open shade throughout the session. I want you to have the best portraits ever and lighting is #1 when it comes to this. The very best time of day to take photos is about 2-3 hours before sunset. That time changes throughout the year, of course, so depending when you want to schedule your session, the start time of the session may vary. If we’re really lucky, it will be a beautiful overcast day!

Outfit changes are encouraged, though I would recommend not going over 3 total outfits. Keep in mind that changing may take place in the vehicle or wherever possible on location. Dress according to normal style and wear outfits that both show personality as well as remain comfortable. (Tip: use accessories and bring along a hand-held mirror for last-minute touch-ups.)

After your session, you will be able to view your photos within 3 weeks, though I like to give you some previews before then if at all possible.
