Several posts ago, I described the fiasco that was my gym workout. I am very pleased to announce that I have found something that I’m good at and that I enjoy: the Pilates class. I’ve been doing Pilates on and off for several years, but only from home DVDs. I found yesterday that I very much love the class at my gym. It is a great workout as any other Pilates goers know, but there are no crazy bounce-around acrobatics required. It helps that the instructor is really nice too. I was quite complimented too when she asked me if I’m a dancer. Apparently, I have great form and extension, which is a whole lot more than one could say about my experience with BodyAttack. Hah!
