Day 5. Thank God. Day 5 means that I get 2 days of a break. It’s not that I hate running; it’s just that it can get boring and exhausting doing it every single day.
Newest running obsession: Body Glide. Looks like a deoderant stick, but you just rub it on and wah-lah, no more sweat blisters.
Newest thought while running: I wish that I was a plant that could crack through the sidewalk. I would feel so overpoweringly strong.
Newest place of pain: little toe on right foot. The metal trash can fell on it last night and it still hurt this morning, especially while running. Super.
It’s going to be a hot one today. I can tell you that because I’m practically Al Roker and also because it was chilly overnight, but the instant I stepped outside into the morning sun (which is normally just working on killing the dew), I started sweating and by the time I got back to the house, the temperature inside was 77. I turned that air conditioner on in about one minute. It feels much better now.
Peace, weather forecast, and air conditioners.
