Hi, I'm Emily.

Odd days happen every once in a while. Today was mine.

I woke up at 6:30 to rain. I postponed my run without really thinking about it. Later, I thought, “How am I going to get my run in since I’m going to Body Pump class tonight?”
I got out of work slightly early today so I made it to the gym in time to log in a mile run before class, but I feel a little disappointed in myself. I know that I probably shouldn’t have done any more than that anyway (I think I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder because my right arm keeps going numb), but I just really wanted to get in my normal mileage. I haven’t really been feeling well all day though; my blood sugar kept dropping and I’d have to race off for some food to spike it back up again. (Carla, I need some sugar cubes!) So that’s my excuse for my measly mileage today. One mile run and one hour Body Pump. That does my in for the day.
My arm is going numb again so I’m going to take a break.
Peace, dumb pinched nerves, and 2 more runs before Nutella.

    Good to know!

Sugar cubes indeed! I was having some serious dips in blood sugar – oddly in the middle of a movie – so Arneelius got me M&Ms. They work almost as good as sugar cubes. Just in case you ever need a back up.
