Hi, I'm Emily.

Post chemical peel, day 2. Definitely darker and crustier, but a good sign of healing. It doesn’t hurt anymore, but, because I’m a picker, I have a hard time not picking at the scab. Kevin still doesn’t understand why I do these things to myself even after I remind him that I have a license in skin therapy/esthetics.

I took pictures today before I put makeup on and after. Check it out. Not too bad if I say so myself. (I hopefully don’t need to point out which ones are before and which ones are after…)

Janene, Marlene, Michelle, & I all did it. Michelle had a few spots, but Marlene and Janene got nothing. Although there was a patient who had it too that was WAY worse than me. Think the entire face was scabbed over. She must've been in pain.

  2. Cameron and Erin says:

Holy crap! You reacted more than anyone I have seen, except maybe MArlene, with a peel. Did you do it, or did someone at the spa? Hopefully your skin will be flawless after all of this. Like you don't already look like a supermodel.

  3. Carla says:

I just don't get it. Why God, why???

  4. Anonymous says:

ooh my!!! how long does it take for that process to heal up? I had one once, but it was very mild and i just had light peeling for a few days.
