This morning I woke up with a terribly tight neck. Apparently, I had slept on it wrong which isn’t an abnormal occurrence for me. Kevin has the day off so he was awake, but curled up in bed. I got on my hands and knees and started doing “cat” and “cow” yoga poses (examples are shown in the picture) to try to loosen up my neck and spine. Kevin wondered what I was doing. I said, “I’m doing ‘cat’ and ‘cow’ yoga because my neck hurts.” He said, “Okay, well, I’m doing ‘sleeping husband.'”
That’s when I busted up laughing.
