I live so close to Iowa City that it’s really a shame that I never go there.  My daily life revolves in a little 10-mile radius that includes my job, the grocery store, the mall, and every restaurant cuisine in between that you can imagine.  God forbid, I would drive an extra 5 miles to make it downtown.  So last night between work and choir rehearsal, I ran to the library to pick up some held items and then grabbed my camera for some strolling around.  It was sticky and uber hot and I was drenched and overheated after 15 minutes, but there is nothing better than having a camera in hand.  Honestly.  It’s my little love fest.
