Kevin makes me laugh. 

We recently borrowed the iPass from a coworker of mine for use while traveling to Chicago–a great way to avoid having to stop at the tolls.  This morning, I gave it back to my coworker and told Kevin I was going to give her $5 for letting us borrow it.  He joked, “Why don’t you give her a $5 foot long?” 

“Because…I’m just going to give her the money.”

I gave the device back to her and she threw the money at me, disgusted that I would think to pay her for it.  “I don’t want your money!” she said.  “I gave this to you as a friend.”

When I told Kevin that, he said, “Why don’t you take a $5 foot long into work tomorrow and tell her, ‘Here, I got this for you as a friend.'”
