This is the perfect summer dinner! It’s so easy to make and cold and refreshing. Because, let’s be real, we’re not going to be eating soup when it’s 114 degrees outside. I usually mix together just enough for one meal and then package any leftovers separately and combine when ready to eat the next time.
This is what you need:
- 1 box bowtie pasta
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Feta cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- ¾ bottle Three-Cheese Kraft dressing
This is how you make it:
- Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, add as much lettuce as desired with the cooled pasta. Add dressing and sprinkle feta cheese and cherry tomatoes over the top.
- Because the salad will last only a few hours before the lettuce wilts, wait and add the dressing until right before serving.
