CONTEST DETAILS

• You must currently be a high school junior (a 2013 grad)
• You must fill out this short entry form.
• Only one entry per person.
• All entries must be submitted by 9:00 PM on April 1, 2012.

All Senior Rep Portrait Sessions will occur in the month of May.

THE WINNERS

Five winners will be chosen and announced by April 6. Those winners will receive a FREE (yes, for real) senior portrait session with me!!

A few of the other things you’ll get as a Senior Rep:

• Customized, personal website with photos and fun facts about you
• Personalized rep cards to hand out to your friends
• $20 print credit for every friend you refer
