When Jenn Pochobradsky of Harper Hadley Events first approached me last October, she had visions of plaid, gold, fun, and feminine. I could’ve been counted in before she even went further. She wanted to style a photo shoot based on a plaid-inspired wedding. I was so honored to have been asked to photograph it!
Truly, this shoot involved a multifaceted group of talented people to pull it together with Jenn at the center, making sure it all feel in line seamlessly. But let’s start first and foremost with this absolutely stunning Martina Liana gown from Hope’s Bridal. The buttons, the lace, the frothy skirt…it was all so perfect!
This custom paper suite was handcrafted by Tori of Victoria Austin Designs and truly pulled in every element of Jenn’s design!
I absolutely adored the use of the gold deer as the place card holder!
I borrowed deer antlers from my brother and they helped make the florals from Weed’s Florist pop!
We had a real couple model for the shoot and their chemistry was perfect!! I asked him if he loved her more on their wedding day or now. Without hesitation, he said, “Now.”
My favorite baker of all time, Julianna, crafted this entire table of goods. Holy moly. I can attest to their flavor as well seeing as I ate almost an entire cake.
We went outdoors for some portraits; we lucked out with a beautiful winter day!
Aren’t they just DARLING?!
And, finally, the favors table.
To the entire team: thank you! You were all such a pleasure to work with!!! Jenn, your vision blossomed into a stunning shoot and I’m so honored to have been part of it. Thank you.
