We had had to reschedule their engagement session once already due to rain so when it was raining again, we watched for the weather to clear and went ahead as planned. If I could pick any kind of lighting to shoot in, it would be this. Especially for engagement photos. There’s something so special and romantic about a slight chill in the air and a little mist. It just squeezes love right into every photo.
I met up with Sarah & Ian at Terry Trueblood Recreation Area last week and they came so well prepared with perfect outfit choices and calm, beautiful smiles.
Also, their dog Jack joined us for a little bit. Isn’t he beautiful?
I loved this blanket so much that I went to Target the next day to purchase it. Unfortunately, it was sold out and I was very sad. If they ever restock, I’m going to be all over it!
Let’s not even talk about Sarah’s ring for a second. Let’s instead just look at it and enjoy. Okay? Okay.
We went to the spot where Ian proposed to Sarah in August. The fall colors combined with the overcast sky made for a perfect location!
