The last time I saw Jack was when he was brand new and the last time I saw this extended family was at Christian & Cam’s wedding five years ago (the oldest grandkids were literal babies at that time!). It was really fun to get together with the Michels family this past weekend, where they’ve doubled the grandchild count!

Believe it or not, this first photo was at the very beginning and I was so glad to know that we were starting out strong because, as any photo shoot with kids goes, opinions and moods can change on a dime. I truly had such a good time with everyone and it was especially fun to see Christian and Cam again! In the hour that we had, we got a huge variety of photos and group combinations and I always love leaving a shoot feeling so creatively challenged. (When you’re working with so many smaller family combinations at once, there really is no end to the variety!)
