I first met the Stoners at Alice and Abhijeet’s wedding in the spring of 2021. If you look closely, you’ll see many of them in the wedding party! Then in the fall, I got to catch up again at Alice and Abhijeet’s maternity session and gender reveal. So when Alice reached out to do some updated photos while everyone was in Iowa for a week this summer, I was thrilled! The farm is beautiful and the yard, playhouse, pool, swing set, and trampoline are a child’s dream.

The weather was kind of tricky, but the rain let up right before their session and then hit again on the way home (so much so that the interstate flooded and cars were just stopped!). So, ultimately, we lucked out with a great hour without rain!
