Brynne and Cory were the first 2024 couple to book with me, which means that I have had the pleasure of knowing them for a while now and have been looking forward to their wedding day for so long. Not only are they the kindest souls, but the ease and comfort they share with each other is absolutely beautiful to photograph.
They first met in 2012 at work. Cory recalled when he first knew she was the one. “I think the first time that I realized there was something different with her was only several weeks after we’d first met. When anyone asked me how things were going at my new job, I used to describe how much I loved it, and loved my coworkers, and how great everything was going. I thought that was all true. But a few weeks after starting, I went in for a Monday at work to find Brynne had taken the day off. And that day was so different than any day I’d had before. The job was okay, but it wasn’t that great, and as far as the coworkers went, I barely said a word to any of them that day. I realized I hadn’t loved my job, or loved my coworkers. I just loved seeing and talking with Brynne every day.”
In the time since then, they have grown together as individuals and a couple and their wedding was such a beautiful celebration of their love.
I had the most fun with the best vendor team!!

Sunset was tricky because, this time of year, the sun goes down quickly so the window is very brief. We pushed it back from the original time by about 10 minutes because the sun was still too high and then used our remaining minutes in the most perfect light!
