It’s summer in the Midwest. There should be no other explanation needed for why this frozen drink hits the spot. It’s sweet AND sour and perfect for a hot, humid afternoon.

This is what you need:

• 1 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
• 1 can water
• 3 cups frozen strawberries (they must be frozen)
• 1 lemon for garnish

This is how you make it:

1. In your blender, blend together frozen lemonade concentrate, water, and frozen strawberries. Blend on the highest setting until everything is incorporated.
2. Cut lemons into thin slices for garnish on each glass and serve immediately.
