Later in the night, he would take the microphone at the reception and thank everyone for coming and sharing in their day. He would turn to his new bride and tell her that she is gorgeous; that he knew she would be, but she absolutely took his breath away when he first saw her earlier that day. He would thank his parents for raising him to be the man he is today. He would thank his new in-laws for welcoming him so wholeheartedly into their home and being the most gracious, generous people he could ever wish for. He would thank them for raising his wife to be the amazing woman she is today. He would tell his bride that he is the luckiest man alive because he is hers and she is his.
Shortly after Brandon & Kelsi first met, there was a texting conversation between Kelsi and one of her best friends. It went something along the lines of, “…you have a boyfriend!” To which Kelsi responded: “I think I found my husband.”
Kelsi, you are absolutely stunning!!!!
Kelsi & Brandon’s first look…
Love, love, love!
I was battling two environmental elements: sun & wind (like, extreme wind). By themselves, I can deal with them. Put the two together and it was a photographer’s nightmare. Luckily, I had the coolest bridal party (and family!) to work with and they rolled with the punches…er, gusts…and we made it work. Thank you, you guys!
This quilt first showed up in Kelsi & Brandon’s engagement photos. Kelsi and her mom made it and they used it as the “guest book” at the wedding. I adore the idea of literally wrapping yourself up in people’s well wishes.
Kelsi, Kelsi, Kelsi…I don’t have words.
Kelsi & Brandon, words wouldn’t do it justice. I was/am so honored to be part of your day. Wishing you all the love in the world! Xoxo, E
