This past weekend was my little brother’s graduation. I’m not sure if it was a more joyous occasion for my mother or my brother.
The entire weekend flew by in a blur. My sisters flew in on Saturday afternoon, baccalaureate was Saturday evening (my dad was the speaker!), and Sunday dawned bright and early with preparation for the graduation party. It was muggy and hot, but we blazed through. Kevin & Matt manned the grill (250 pork burgers) while we served drinks, potato salad, baked beans, and veggies. I have zero–count it, zero–photos from the party. Lame. But I do have the calories to show from it!
Sunday evening was the graduation ceremony. I must reiterate here: I adore my family. We are big, we are crazy, we are loud, we are annoying, but we’re family and I feel so very blessed to call these people my siblings. Also, Jordan, I’m proud of you. For real.
The rest of the weekend, i.e. Monday, has p u f sfjsio ;h flwo nhh by.

Case in point. I just gave her a cardboard box and she’s settled.
So since I lost my train of thought, I’m just going to post the rest of the photos.
