As is the case with every wedding, everyone hopes for beautiful weather. This past Saturday didn’t bring beautiful weather; it brought rain. But still it was perfect. Because weather doesn’t change the fact that you’re marrying the love of your life. So instead of focusing on how it rained the entire day, I would instead like to use these photos to focus on the love between two people, their families, and their friends.
Danielle & Brennan have a support system around them that could hold even the weariest person afloat and it was clearly evident throughout the day as hugs were given, tears were wiped, smiles were flashed, and congratulatory wishes were spoken. The people who know them love them. And for good reason.
We began the day at Danielle & Brennan’s home where the ladies were getting ready.
Danielle’s Martina Liana gown was absolutely stunning. It took my breath away.
The colors were perfect for a fall wedding! The florals were done by Julie (Fountain of Flowers) and she always done such an amazing job!!
Whenever I see that Lindsey Coblentz will be doing the makeup, I know it’s going to be stunning…and last all day long. Doesn’t Danielle look absolutely beautiful?!
Their first look was rearranged to be in their living room (how sweet is that??) due to the rain outside. I love that they will always have this memory of seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day right there in the comfort of their home.
Brennan gifted Danielle with a stunning necklace engraved with her [new!!] initials and the wedding date on the opposite side.
Brennan’s boutonnière had a loch attached…and Danielle’s bouquet held the key.
We were able to use the shelter at the park across the street from the reception for the photos. Despite the fact that we couldn’t go outside the cover of the shelter, the lighting really was fantastic and I kind of adore this bridal party. Aren’t they ladies gorgeous?
After the ceremony, the bridal party got on the trolley and drove around town. We stopped by an old corn crib for some more photos and I’m so glad we did. I love every single one!
You know how I love anything gold so it was no surprise that I fell in love with this cake by Adam (Tip Top Cakes). Ohmigosh, favorite!!
Danielle & Brennan, congratulations! I’m so happy for you and hope that have only sweet memories of your beautiful wedding day. Xo! Emily
Family & friends of D&B, thank you for being supportive and loving all day long! You were a treasure to work with. Leave Danielle & Brennan some love below in the comment section!
