I’ve gotten to photography a lot of milestones in Cortney & Christian’s life together, including their engagement, their wedding, and their maternity shoot in the snow, just before Charlotte was born! So I was thrilled to be able to hang out with them again and document this phase of their lives: now as hands-on parents to a hilarious, wiggly, energetic, sassy, smart little one-and-a-half-year-old. I adore this family and I love that the images I was able to get are genuine and sweet. I hope that they become more precious as time keeps moving on, a glimpse back to this toddler phase of life that is so exhausting when you’re in it and also so quick to pass by in retrospect.
