This past Saturday was the most beautiful October day for a wedding! The sun was shining and it was just crisp enough to warrant a wrap in the shade, and warm enough be comfortable with bare shoulders in the sunshine.
I was lucky enough to have been with Miranda and Ben from the start of their engagement journey so it felt like such an honor to see everything come full circle from proposal to marriage. I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed getting to know them both over the past year and a half and how special it was to meet their families and friends. You can tell so much about people by the people they surround themselves with and Miranda and Ben are genuinely wonderful.
During dinner, as Ben thanked everyone for being there, he said he had been looking forward to this day since, “the day I met her.” And while he had previously said the proposal was the best day of his life, I’m going to guess this past Saturday may have overtaken that spot.
I do not think it’s too much to ask that all brides from now until eternity wear flowers in their hair. Also, the shape of this bouquet by Unique Events is perfection and the combination of the curves of the headband with the bouquet shape provides the most beautiful imagery! Plus, Miranda is just gorgeous.
This full cut out back gown with the backdrop necklace is *chef’s kiss*!!!! Then we add in the long lace sleeves, the high neck in the front, Ben’s bow tie and well-cut suit…I could not love their look any more! They make the most stunning couple!
Okay, okay, okay…now we’re adding MORE BOWTIES AND VELVET GOWNS!!!!! I just can’t even.
I love when we have a golf cart so we can drive over to the apple orchard side of the property!! We popped over really quickly during cocktail hour to grab these shots.
