Less than a month ago, I met up with Tarrah and Jake for their maternity session at the fossil gorge. I emailed them when their blog post was up and then again a little bit later when their gallery was ready and I got an email back. “The photos look amazing!! We absolutely love how everything turned out and how great of a job you do every time. We are in the hospital right now inducing! Not sure when the delivery date officially will be or when we discharge, but wanted to let you know we’re interested in a newborn session and it could be soon.” Haha! Here he is! Milo has officially joined their family.

I first met Tarrah and Jacob back in 2018 at their engagement session. They are enormous Star Wars fans, as evidenced by their May 4th wedding in 2019, so it was no surprise that Milo’s nursery is an homage to all things Star Wars. They are two weeks into newborn life and, honestly, doing so great! In the midst of it, it’s so hard–I remember, oh man, I remember–but it also is a precious time in life of making acquaintance with and learning and growing and loving…and sneaking every spare nap you possibly can. Congratulations, Tarrah & Jacob!!! You made a new human!
