The Walsh family is are not new around here and they somehow get cuter every time I see them. I first met them when Evie was brand new and it’s wild to me how quickly she has grown up! I photographed them again when she turned 1 and then, earlier this year, I did a really special mother/daughter session for Maddie and Evelyn.

Kyle was back this fall for a full family session and Evie definitely made us work for these smiles, lol. To be fair, she had woken up from a nap and no one can be expected to be in photoshoot mode straight out of sleeping. By the end of the session, she had warmed back up to me and even let me hold her so she could “help” me take pictures of her parents (a solid trick to keep her occupied).

I love seeing the Walshes and am so glad I got to wrap up my busiest stretch of fall with their session.
