Oh, how I loved meeting these two! They came in from Chicago for a fun, packed weekend of wedding planning and photos! I met them at the Marriott and then we walked to the Iowa River Landing Wetland Park that’s right behind the hotel.

I asked her what she most admires about him. She said, “His kindness. He is probably one of the sweetest people I know. He does little things to take care of those he loves and I don’t know if anyone even realizes they are happening most of the time.” After meeting them in person, it’s very clear what she means. The way he looks at her is complete adoration. They make each other smile and they love each other so wholeheartedly.

When I asked him how he knew she was the one, he replied, “I don’t know that it was any single point in time where I knew. I think it was more gradual over time. I knew that I cared about her more than any person I ever had before and she continually amazed me by how much she cared for me. We have many common interested and share a similar outlook on life. We always have fun together. We laugh a lot together. At some point, the sum total of those things just made me know that we were ready to take the next step in our relationship and get married.”

This. Them. Aren’t they perfect together?!
