Many years ago, I met Becky at a styled shoot I did (she modeled for us) and now, years later, we got to reconnect! She’s married now and has a daughter who is just a few months older than mine. She and her husband are building a house so we started their session there which was so fun and will hopefully be so special once it is done being built to remember this time of waiting and anticipation. (This first shot is through where the fireplace will be!)

We went to the fossil gorge next, one of my favorite photography locations. Just look at this beautiful family!!! Savi was a typical 2-almost-3-year-old, and it’s one of my favorite, most playful ages! She did so great!

Becky had told me when she booked that they haven’t taken family photos in a few years so it was especially fun to be able to get them some updated photos of their beautiful family.
