Their original wedding date was last summer, pre-vaccine and during the pandemic lockdown, and they made the difficult decision to postpone…the large celebration. They went ahead with their marriage as planned and I was so honored to be part of the small gathering who celebrated with them last July. Now, 15 days from their 1st wedding anniversary, they got their larger family and friends together for a vow renewal and celebration!
We had the best day and I feel so lucky that I’ve been able to join them for TWO weddings! I never thought back at their engagement session in 2019 that we’d end up here, but it has been so fun to be part of their planning process, working out the logistical kinks when a worldwide pandemic threw a wrench into wedding plans everywhere, figuring out photography timelines, and, mostly, celebrating with them.
Bryn and Jonathon, thank you for trusting me throughout this entire process! Happy (almost) 1st anniversary!
